You will be the Tech Lead and strategic anchor for Team Data. We are looking for an agent of change with an analytics background – someone who can take true ownership of our data architecture, real‑time insights, and AI platform, while guiding a talented, multidisciplinary team toward our next phase of growth.

Some of our goals for the next 2 years

• Data & Analytics Impact: Scale our ClickHouse and TimescaleDB pipelines to deliver trusted, lightning‑fast real‑time insights and govern our Luzmo embedded analytics.
• AI Maturity & Delivery: Move past the basics of AI. Push the boundaries of our platform with production‑ready LLM features, advanced prompting, and smart cost/quality governance.
• Data Reliability & Excellence: Act as a catalyst for quality by upgrading our data testing strategies, reducing pipeline incidents, and embedding an...
