Objective
The Tech Lead - AI Development will strategically lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced technological solutions using Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph) and modern web technologies (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript). The role ensures delivery of robust, scalable, and effective technology products while fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in engineering and code quality within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Implement technological solutions using advanced LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
Conduct fine‐tuning, prompt engineering, and ongoing performance optimization of AI models.
Implement and optimize complex conversational flows using LangChain/LangGraph (desirable).
Integrate LangChain with APIs, databases, and external services.
