Job Description
- Oversee the ordering, receipt, issuance, and return of hardware spare parts in support of EUC (End-User Computing) operations
- Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing hardware components
- Maintain accurate records in the spare parts or project tracking system
- Ensure data integrity and timely updates
- Handle all admin paperwork related to parts delivery and returns
- Support in handling quotations
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with audit standards
- Support basic technical assessment and handling of EUC hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, and related components)
- Assist in hardware troubleshooting and repair activities, including part replacements where required
- Coordinate with project teams on scheduling, follow-ups, and parts availability to support repair timelines
- Assist in reporting, tracking of hardware spare parts usage, and inventory movement
