Teamlead Accounting (m/f/d)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Teamlead Accounting to support the Head of Finance and ensure that day‑to‑day accounting operations for our German entity (GmbH) run smoothly and in full compliance with HGB (German Commercial Code). In this role, you will ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely month‑end close, and reliable reconciliations, while leading a team of 2‑3 accounting professionals. Tasks

Financial Management and Reporting (GmbH / HGB)

• Own the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing in compliance with HGB
• Verify and post payroll journal entries
• Manage intercompany reconciliation and fixed asset accounting
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
