Team Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for an active and versatile team supervisor for the new Attendo Salmikoti in Kirkkonummi. The 60‑place elderly care home is being launched and offers good transport connections. Attendo’s mission is to become a home for the elderly, disabled, injured, mental‑health, and substance‑abuse rehabilitants. The team supervisor acts as the foundation of the home and a trusted partner to the home manager.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Attendo home manager
• Substitute for the home manager during absences
• Organize daily life in the Attendo home (staffing and daily work division)
• Organize RAI assessments, updates of care and resource plans, and assist in their execution
• Follow up on new employee inductions and support student guidance
• Participate in resident care work
