Responsibilities
- Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not recommend solutions / action plan for rectification
- Achieve team level sales target of all assigned products, including cross sell target
- Source, select and recruit sales people
- Mentor top performing sales staff to become future sales manager
- Supervise sales people to ensure that they meet activity standard
- Work with Decision Management for quality leads
- Coach sales people to achieve the targeted approval rate
- Lead all staff to meet the bank’s compliance procedures and guidelines
- Retain performing and potential sales people
- Motivate and counsel sale people to be high performers
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Degree or professional qualifications
- Experience: Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a sales team
