Team Member Production/Packaging

Production Team Members mix, sort, bake, and inspect baked products, assist with production orders, pack product that meets specifications, and other related duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.  IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ON DIFFERENT LINES AS BUSINESS NEEDS DICTATE.

Responsibilities

• Consistent and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand at a moving conveyor belt for a minimum of 6 hours without a break.
• Be able to work all 3 lines, for both production and packaging – Croissant, Cake, and Muffin, per production needs.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as business needs demand.
• Ability to work with or around food allergens of all types.
• Ability to work in confined spaces. (Spiral, oven area, etc)
• Required line position rotation during each shift.
