Team Leads- 3rd shift

Kelly is seeking **Team Leads** in Flint, MI at a brand new manufacturing facility! **(Must have previous leadership experience in warehouse/manufacturing)**

**Shift & Pay rates:**
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs/10:30pm-7:00am/$22.00 Hr. (Overtime mandatory)

**This job might be an outstanding fit if you are able to:**

+ Responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees.
+ Work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include: Pack product of varying type, Unpack/Repackage product of varying type, Build product bundles of supplies, Build mailing packets, Box printing/labeling
+ Log and track production documentation
+ Ensure safety and quality standards at all times facilitate customer shipments.
+ Ensure safety and quality standards at all times
+ Create reports, GMP, SOP, data entry
+ Perform job duties in severe weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, ...
