We are looking for an experienced, culturally grounded Team Leader to join our Public Health Smokefree services team delivering the Smokefree programme to individuals and groups across Auckland.

In this full‑time role (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends – our teams work Sundays too), you will lead, support, and mentor the passionate team of Quit coaches to deliver a streamlined programme with high levels of care and standards to Pacific smokers across Auckland.

You will work closely not only with the team but also with individuals and groups, leading programme sessions and helping build strong relationships based on cultural understanding and respect.
