Location: All Straight & Narrow locations (Paterson, Passaic, Secaucus)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with one late night shift 12:00pm-8:00pm

Regular Salary: $23.00-$25.00/Hr

Sign on bonus of $3000 (Full time Only) (New Employees Only)

Job Summary

As a line counselor, the team leader will provide leadership and oversight of specific program and clinical operations as instructed by the program’s clinical supervisor. Responsibilities will focus on working with the clinical staff to ensure provision of services based upon the organization’s policies, procedures and licensing standards.

• Maintain a minimum caseload as required by the level of care of the program assigned.
