Team Leader - Operations

Woolworths is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our Operations, To supervise a functional team effectively in order to deliver operational processes within agreed service levels and cost effectively through operational excellence.   Located within a dynamic supply chain environment, you will oversee daily operations, facilitate meetings, and analyse data trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. You will manage equipment control, allocate tasks, conduct floor-walks, and support staff development by identifying training needs. Strong leadership aligned with Woolworths values is essential to enhance team performance, employee relations, and operational success. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in supply chain, preferably in Retail/FMCG, with management experience.
