We are looking for a talented **Team Leader – Level IV** – **1** **st** **Shift** to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in **Ladson, SC** .

+ **Coordination** : Coordinate the activities of a group of employees, to ensure that production specifications and schedules are met, including volume, cost, wastage targets, and quality standards.
+ **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance** : Adhere to HSE standards, policies, and procedures, and use a proactive approach to reporting hazards and incidents, to contribute to a safer work environment.
