+ The role leads and manages IPE team to support Network and Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) to deliver the wealth key performance indicators (KPIs) and plan. The role holder works closely with INAH and branch leaders.
+ In delivering the business objectives, the role holder must also maintain the highest standards of risk management, control and compliance required by the Group, closely managing and driving the individual and collective performance of the team.
