Team Leader: Housing & Support for Homeless Communities

Pathways Health Ltd in Auckland is seeking a dedicated individual to lead a team focused on providing housing solutions for vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.

This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, and is based in Manukau. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health or social work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to supporting individuals' housing stability.
