Team Leader - Frames & Crushing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Frames & Crushing operation in Manurewa. This newly created role is responsible for a critical operational area supporting both manufacturing and recycling activities across the business. The position requires a hands‑on leader who works alongside the team while providing guidance, coaching and support, setting, managing and achieving daily production priorities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
