Team Leader - Farm Maintenance / Infrastructure

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Team Leader – Farm Maintenance / Infrastructure to oversee the maintenance and repair of farm facilities, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, ensuring that all farm buildings, roads, irrigation systems, fencing, and utility networks are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across farm buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general workers.
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of farm facilities and infrastructure.
• Monitor irrigation systems, water pumps, pipelines, fencing, roads, drainage, and other farm infrastructure.
