Parker Premier Real Estate is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, drive performance, and ensure targets are achieved.

• Lead and supervise the sales team
• Support team members in achieving sales targets
• Develop daily and monthly sales plans
• Monitor performance and provide coaching
• Assist in closing high-value deals
• Ensure team compliance with company policies
