Primary Activities/Duties:

•   • Ensure labor and materials are present to meet schedule attainment. • Ensure a quality product is assembled and packaged according to customer specifications and standards. • Meet/exceed all targets for Quality, Productivity, Uptime, On-Time Delivery and Cost. • Must be able to perform work content at every station per work instruction and to takt time. • Maintain a clean, orderly work environment following 5S principles. • Oversee cross training of assembly line workers; keep training matrix up-to-date. • Track daily attendance & complete time sheets. • Drive continuous improvement to achieve a World Class manufacturing environment through implementation of Rittal Production System (RPS). • Interface with quality, engineering, buyer/planner to help resolve any production issues. • Interface with internal suppliers (i.e. paint, fab) to resolve production issues. &...
