We are looking for an experienced Senior Weather Forecaster Team Lead to join our UK Weather Forecasting team, combining technical forecasting expertise with team coordination and client engagement. In this role, you will provide high quality weather and metocean forecasting services that directly support critical offshore and marine operations, helping clients navigate uncertainty with confidence.

Working as the focal point for our UK forecasting activities, you will lead the day-to-day coordination of a small team of forecasters, act as the escalation point for complex forecasting challenges, and collaborate closely with our global forecasting hub in the APAC region.
