Job Summary

Lead the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives in the IT Operations & Security (ITOS) division, developing and maintaining risk‑management processes, directing audit and compliance activities for IT and security operations, and overseeing the ITOS Change Management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team, provide guidance and support, delegate tasks, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Develop and enhance IT General Control (ITGC) review programs, maintain policies, procedures, process flows, and documentation.
• Identify internal control gaps, coordinate remediation, and monitor progress.
• Track vendor agreements, monitor performance against SLAs, and ensure continuous improvement.
