What You’ll Do Team Leadership and Development
Provide individual follow‑up with team members (project progress, coaching, professional development, training, feedback, onboarding of new employees)
Define performance objectives and expectations for each team member and support their growth
Foster team cohesion, collaboration, and synergy (organize workshops, team meetings, team profiles)
Manage onboarding of new employees and encourage continuous development
Ensure effective delegation of responsibilities, promoting autonomy and skill development for each member
Operational Management and Innovation
Monitor time allocation and workload across the team
Oversee the progress of technological projects (dashboards, milestone reviews, reporting)
