What You’ll Do
- You’ll motivate your team to meet both TTEC and client metric performance goals, answer associate questions, guide them to resolve issues, and handle customer escalations while ensuring a quality customer experience.
- You’ll act as the first‑line manager for your team and report to the Manager, Service Delivery.
- You’ll encourage and motivate your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.
