Description

Assists with leading associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely distribution center operations including receipt, picking, packing, sorting, recording, auditing, and shipping of goods. This position reports to the Supervisor, DC. 

Pay Range: $Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as shift will determine the final salary for potential new hires.


Pay - an hour

Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm / 4:55am-3:25pm - 4:00pm-2:30am - 4:45am-5:15pm / 5:00am-5:30pm - class=tgbc>WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensures all associates are working productively and following the best methods.

  • Conducts observations to provide coaching and feedback to associates.

  • Conducts audits to ensure accuracy.

  • Ensures sufficient workflow in the area by communicating with Supervisors and fellow Team Leads from supporting departments.
