Team Lead, Regional/ Specialised Finance

Responsibilities:-

• Partner with Client Coverage team to manage, acquire and grow specialised finance relationship
• Provide leadership in credit structuring, deal origination and portfolio management, ensuring prudent risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Partner with overseas branches and regional business units to support cross-border business opportunities and regional connectivity initiatives
• Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and risks
• Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements and business transformation efforts to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder with at least 10–15 years of relevant corporate banking or commercial banking experience, including proven leadership experience managing client coverage teams
