Job Purpose:

To operate more than one machine in order to ensure compliance with the set guidelines to meet packaging targets while coordinating and supervising the daily work of the manufacturing team and communicates internally with other departments and externally with Technicians in order to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs


Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Operates more than one machine while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet manufacturing targets.

  • Coaches and trains lower-level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs.

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of lines/machines to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.
