Overview

Are you a physiotherapist with a special interest in influencing service delivery within respiratory? The inpatient respiratory team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist with highly developed clinical and leadership skills to lead the Respiratory Physiotherapy Team across critical care and surgical in‑patient wards at the VHK. There is a small commitment to respiratory outpatients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large physiotherapy staff team across critical care and surgical wards.
• Identify, act on, and lead quality improvement, clinical audit, in‑service training and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
• Develop and manage complex discharge plans and communications with multidisciplinary teams.
• Actively participate in undergraduate and postgraduate education.
