Teleperformance hiring for team leader operation for collection process.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team leader required.
Experience in Dialer is preferred.
DRA certified is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Responsibilities
Lead ,manage, and motivate a team of collection agent to achieve targets.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
Handle escalation calls and provide resolution to customers.
Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines.
Work closely with dialer systems to optimize calling efficiency.
Conduct regular team briefings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain reports and share insights with management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay range and compensation package - Upto 5 lpa
