Team Lead Multi-Agency Triage

Job summary
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a registered clinician to join the multi-agency team supporting neuro-diverse children and young people in Manchester as a triage team leader. The post holder will lead on implementing a multi-agency triage panel in Manchester for referrals for neuro-developmental assessments. This is an exciting opportunity to build links with colleagues across agencies. The post holder will also contribute to the development of a needs led offer of care by identifying service gaps and supporting the implementation of interventions to meet these. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of workshops and training, They will work closely with the navigator team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to bring their expertise to the development of this innovative service, to work alongside community colleagues and to be part of co-production with our parent carer forum.
