Join Swiss Re as a Team Lead – International Programs Network Operations , where you’ll guide a team of Network Partner Coordinators in delivering high‑quality insurance services across the APAC region. From policy implementation to managing external vendors, you’ll ensure operational excellence, compliance, and impactful service delivery in a truly international environment.
While being accountable for the assigned servicing team, your role is furthermore to contribute to the IP Services leadership team in shaping and driving a streamlined operating model towards an optimal delivery setup. This includes supporting our people development and service culture agendas, as well as leading key projects and initiatives towards the adoption of technology and improving vendor management and governance.
