Team Lead, HR Support (Bilingual)

As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, the Team Lead, HR Support (Bilingual) is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely HR data management in Workday, effective inquiry management, and a high-quality employee and leader experience. Reporting to the Manager, HR Shared Services, this role provides day-to-day leadership, oversight, and subject-matter expertise for the HR Support Team and supports the development of People Corporations shared services model. The Team Lead will manage workflow, coach and support team members, ensure service standards are met, and drive continuous quality improvement.
