With at least three years in harm reduction settings, you will foster a collaborative, empathetic environment for staff and clients alike. Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff through debriefing and 1:1 supervision
• Facilitate staff meetings and conflict resolution strategies
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations
