Team Lead, Energy Efficiency Field Team

Resource Innovations is seeking a Team Lead for an Energy Efficiency Field Team in Ohio to spearhead our Inflation Reduction Act Program field delivery. The Team Lead is a key hire responsible for building and leading a dynamic field service team dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for our HOMES and HEAR programs. As the Team Lead you will manage a team of customer-focused technicians proficient in BPI standards and related certifications, while also conducting comprehensive in-home energy audits with a focus on income-based program participants and collaboration with contractor networks. Your oversight will extend to residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections, as you review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity.
