Responsibilities

• Define and champion a scalable lifecycle marketing strategy that aligns with business growth, revenue targets, and customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor the Email Marketing & Automation team, ensuring a culture of innovation, ownership, and cross‑functional excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and GTM leadership to ensure lifecycle programs are tightly integrated with GTM priorities.
• Represent the function to executive leadership and contribute to marketing planning, budgeting, and tool strategy.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations for all CRM and email marketing activities.
• Architect multi‑touch lifecycle journeys across the lead funnel: Acquisition, nurturing, conversion and re‑activation.
