**Job Description Summary**
Team Leader (Electrical) to support the reliability, availability, and safe operation of our Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP). The successful candidate will lead the electrical maintenance team, oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical equipment failures, and play a key role in optimizing plant performance and long-term asset reliability. This position is based in Sahiwal.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Maintenance Strategy & Reliability:** Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for all critical plant equipment, instrumentation, and components. Develop and optimize Preventive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) maintenance plans based on Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) and OEM guidelines.
