Position – Team Lead (Customer Support) Location: Ameerpet Languages :- Telugu, Hindi, English CTC: 5 lpa Work mode – Hybrid after 6 months Interview Process: 3 managerial Rounds (face to face interview) Key Requirements: Qualifications: Any Graduation Experience: Minimum 2-4 years overall, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper Process Experience: Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process) Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team). Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets. Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness. Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
