✅ Lead and support warehouse staff on the night shift

✅ Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards

✅ Coordinate receiving, inventory, dock planning, and daily operations

✅ Train and coach team members for success

✅ Track KPIs and help achieve operational goals

✅ Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment

**What You Bring:**

+ Previous warehouse leadership experience
+ RF scanner and distribution experience
+ Dockstocker and Power Pallet Jack certification
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
