What You’ll Do

• Lead a group of technical project managers in the PC Optimum Loyalty and Marketing portfolios.
• Create new processes, project‑management templates, presentations, and artifacts based on portfolio needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities with effective change management to ensure adoption.
• Own program‑level financial reporting and work with initiative owners and finance leads to keep the project budget on track.
• Facilitate the annual capital process and prepare business cases with detailed estimates on project costs, scope, timeline, and project benefits.
