Job Description

• Follows the Store and Mall Administration House Rules.
• Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the assigned station.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assists in preparing products according to the company’s standard recipes.
• Assembles ingredients and products according to standard portioning and presentation guidelines.
• Receives and stores materials and supplies properly using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures and labels items according to standard shelf life.
• Maintains sufficient stock of materials and informs the supervisor when supplies are low.
• Keeps the work area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
• Assists team members in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
