LSA Learning Support Assistant/ Teaching Assistant/ TA –Swindon – September start – full-time Axcis Education is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a mainstream school in Swindon to support a student in a year 1 class with SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs). The student has some challenging behaviours, so the school are looking for someone who can build a strong relationship with the student and support them in school. The school are looking for someone with experience working with SEN children, individuals with mental health needs, or KS1 pupils. The ideal candidate will have a level 2 NVQ and experience of positive handling. These are desirable, however not essential as the school are prioritising the right candidate for the student: someone calm, patient and consistent who can work in a busy environment.
