The Role
You'll work alongside teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 by:
Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
Helping create a positive learning environment
Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement
Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where needed
Being a positive role model for children
