Responsibilities

Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements, fostering positive relationships within the school community.

Plan, prepare, and present sessions that cater to the whole ability range, motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching, and create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Observe and assess children in line with school assessments; reflect on classroom provision, sessions taught, progress made, and adjust planning and curriculum accordingly.

Work with parents to support students' happiness and best academic outcomes, and collaborate with curriculum support staff, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists when required.
