Role Summary
As a Teacher Assistant, you support the preschool classroom teacher so children have a safe, consistent learning environment. This role exists to help keep daily instruction organized, children engaged, and classroom routines running smoothly.Key responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, preparing materials, supporting children during transitions, maintaining a clean and orderly space, and following program and safety guidelines. You will communicate observations to the lead teacher and work as part of the onsite team.Qualifications/skills:- Prior experience working with young children preferred- Reliable attendance and steady follow-through- Clear communication and teamwork skills- Patience, good judgment, and ability to stay calm in a busy settingPay: $16.00/hr.
