Manage day to day operations of the Wellness Spa Responsible to take charge of team of spa therapists Recommend massage packages and services according to the needs of customers Ensure the standards of the Spa is upkept to the highest Responsible for customer service and sales and marketing for the Spa Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a massage therapist. Proficiency in Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Javanese/Balinese Massage, Meridian Tuina, Hot Oil Massage, and Bojin. Foot massage skills are an added advantage. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt, including working extended hours or undertaking additional duties as required. Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
