TCA Program Analyst (USCG)

THOR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst in support of the United States Coast Guard Intelligence Lifecycle Manager at USCG C5I Service Center and USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC. The analyst will support Tactical Cryptology Afloat requirements as it continues through the lifecycle engineering processes. This position will be at the beginning of creation of the Intelligence Lifecycle Management directorate and help push correct forms and processes to lower commands and coordinate continued utilization of Tactical Cryptology Afloat systems.

Typical Responsibilities:

+ Participate in meetings and take notes

+ Provide status report to include potential risks to schedule, cost, or performance factors

+ Provide expertise in drafting of acquisition and resource documentation

+ Provide support in cost estimate for future growth
