Tax Technology and Transformation - Senior Manager - GCC

The opportunity to join EY MENA's Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team as a Senior Manager.

This leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering tax transformation and tax technology engagements across Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, and Accounting Compliance & Reporting. You will lead end-to-end workstreams spanning process redesign, data & analytics, solution architecture, AI enablement, and change adoption.

• Lead multi-disciplinary workstreams from initiation through stabilization, driving governance, solution design, analytics delivery, eInvoicing transformation, AI-enabled use cases, and change management.
• Coach teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outcomes across requirements, testing, deployment, and adoption.
