Tax Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Tax Unit and managing the Group’s overall tax function, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax compliance, including corporate income tax, SST/GST, stamp duty, and statutory tax filings.
• Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the Group’s tax position while minimizing risks.
• Provide strategic tax advisory support on business transactions, contracts, and new initiatives.
• Manage tax audits, investigations, and communication with authorities such as LHDN and RMCD.
• Lead, coach, and develop the tax team while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of work.
• Establish and enhance tax policies, SOPs, and internal controls to strengthen tax governance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external tax advisors on tax-related matters.
