Tax Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Gathering of data in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax returns.
• Review the data gathered, and coordinate with the Accounting personnel concerned, in case there is an error detected and request for adjustment to be made.
• Preparation and submission in EFPS the monthly, quarterly, and yearly BIR returns which the company is obliged to file.
• Report to Tax Supervisor all tax concerns that is not in accordance to the existing tax policy and tax regulations.
• Observe timely submission/filing of returns to BIR.
• Preparation of DST (Form 2000) and other occasional tax returns to file, when necessary.
• Full coordination with Treasury on the funds needed for all tax payments.
• In charge with the annual renewal of registration with the BIR and annual renewal of Business Permit with the LGU.
