Purpose of the Role:

The Tax Accounting Associate performs general office tasks, including but not limited to the preparation of tobacco transfer-out documents and the maintenance of files.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Digitize financial and farmers' records and ensure proper organization of files.
• Prepare transfer-out documents in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare Purchase Invoice Vouchers (PIV).
• Prepare the bi-monthly NTA report on tobacco acceptances.
• Reconcile tobacco acceptance records accurately and within required timelines.
• Provide support during audits by supplying necessary documentation and assistance.
• Organize, maintain, and update records to ensure accessibility and audit readiness.
