Purpose of the Role: The Tasting Room & Wine Club Manager will oversee the daily operation of the tasting room while driving the growth and performance of the estate's wine club. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, increasing direct-to-consumer sales, and ensuring that every visitor interaction reflects the estate's premium brand and reputation.
