About The Role

This role sits at the centre of how we design, manage and evolve pricing across BT’s consumer portfolio. You will shape tariff structures that are compelling for customers while remaining commercially robust, sustainable and aligned to strategic priorities. Tariffs and investment frameworks are critical levers to drive growth, profitability and market positioning. In this role, you will own how we price and evaluate value across the full customer lifecycle – spanning acquisition, in‑life management, retention and re‑grades.
